We stayed over the Australia Day weekend, and the views were magnificent. The location was handy for getting around Cowes, and undercover parking worked for our room. It was about 2.3 metres high from memory, though another parking area is only 1.95 metres, so check first if you have an SUV or 4x4. The staff, especially at reception, were terrific. This was the first hotel I've stayed at that contacted me on arrival day to say the room was ready early if we wanted to check in sooner. The room was clean and well equipped for its size. The bed was nice enough, though a bit smaller than we're used to, and they supplied a range of pillows for different preferences. Shampoo and other bathroom supplies were there, and the spa bath was clean and an OK size. We'd probably stay here again if we return to Cowes.

The view was beautiful, and the room was clean and quiet. Check-in was easy, parking felt safe, and the place was private with no noise at all. Just right for me, and I'd definitely come back. Thanks so much :))

After two days here, we were seeing cockroaches every day. Don't you do pest control? This is rubbish. Staying in this apartment was my biggest regret. It's so bad! On the first day, I called more than a dozen times and nobody answered.

The location is what saves this place. The apartments are older, with no guarantee of a view or parking, and there's no soundproofing. The main room is large and has a kitchenette, so it does at least qualify as executive, though the smart-style furniture feels cheap and deluxe is a stretch. I'm not sure how a room with a cheap queen bed frame and a rock-hard mattress can be called deluxe, but here we are. The spa in the bathroom works, as does the washer-dryer combo. If you get lucky with a room that has a view, it might be worth the money.
