Our first farm stay as a family felt so welcoming, thanks to Jolanda and Matt. The barn has a warm, cosy atmosphere, and they’d thought of so much for the kids, from toys and utensils to highchairs, plus blankets and towels. We also had a private chef experience with Lachie Fletcher. We’ve already had friends book in for both. Really recommend the hosts and the farm stay :)

The kids had tractors to play on, and we got to feed goats, chickens, cows and alpacas. Jolanda and Matt were wonderful hosts who welcomed us and introduced us to the animals. The accommodation was lovely and clean, with everything we needed. What an amazing part of the world. Would recommend.

We had four adults in our group and stayed for 2 nights, and we’re already figuring out how to come back. The Barn was spotless and comfortable, with a warm feel, thoughtful personal touches and so much attention to detail. You can tell Jolanda and Matthew put a lot of care into it. The farm animals were delightful, each with their own personality, and the breakfast pack and well-stocked kitchen were much appreciated. It’s in a beautiful part of the Huon Valley, close to Cygnet. We only wish we’d planned a longer visit. I’d highly recommend staying here, with or without kids.

Matthew and Jolanda were excellent hosts, and the kids loved feeding and spending time with the farm animals by themselves. There was plenty of feed left in the barn for them. Our family of 4 enjoyed our 2 nights at The Barn @ Eden. It’s spacious and comfortable, with lovely decor and lots of charming details. We expected colder weather, but the barn stayed surprisingly warm and cosy. We’d happily recommend it.

This was our third stay at Eden, and I’m sure we’ll be back again. The kids love it, it’s magical, and you feel relaxed as soon as you step inside. The hosts, Jo and Matt, make you feel at home and share what they know about Tassie. It’s central to everything, and driving in between the apple orchards makes it clear this place is special. Well worth the vist!
