O'Sheas Windsor Hotel

The price is very good and the location is perfect, and the room itself was comfortable. But for a room meant for three, there was just one glass in the fridge, two cups and one tablespoon. There was no cold water, complimentary milk, plates or toaster. That's fine for me, though it could be inconvenient for a couple. Thank you.

The food was tasty, portions generous, and the staff very friendly. We tried two seniors' mains, a half schnitzel with salad and chips and the roast of the day, pork, plus sticky date pudding with sauce and ice-cream for dessert. Their seniors' menu is $25 for a main and dessert, or $20 for a main. Really good value.

We ordered and paid at the Bistro, then waited an hour and 15 minutes before being told the order hadn't reached the kitchen. We got a refund and left. Never again. 👎👎

The seafood basket was absolutely terrible. It had two pieces of fish smaller than a fish finger, one dried-up sea scallop, two dry calamari rings and two bits of seafood stick less than half my thumb's length. When I complained, the waiter said they buy the meal pre-packaged and that's how it comes. I said the cook should be ashamed to send it out like that. I was recommended this place for a meal while passing through last week, but it was a complete waste of money. I got up and walked out disgusted.
