The owners were pleasant and the price was reasonable. My room was clean, and I actually found the firm bed good for my back. The shower water wasn’t warm enough for me, but generally it was a good motel.

The rooms are basic, and the pillows were flat as a pancake. There were a few slightly dodgy looking residents who seemed to live there. The smoke alarm kept beeping on and off overnight; changing the battery didn’t stop it. The staff were lovely, though.

Clean, neat rooms with basic comforts, close to Nambour central and all kinds of personal services the rural city offers. It’s a short bus ride to the surrounding areas. Management is friendly, reliable and staunch, and the accommodation is good value. Privately owned. The noise and price were well explained.

I’d booked and paid a deposit, but when I saw how dirty and old the place looked, I cancelled. It looked terrible.
