The breakfasts were fantastic, and the whole stay felt like sharing real, lovely moments with other people in a friendly, genuine atmosphere. Chris made us feel at home straight away, with a warm welcome and a wonderful space in her bed and breakfast. Time with her meant lots of smiles, happy chats, and laughter. And Lola, her adorable dog, brought even more charm. It was much more personal than just having somewhere to sleep. I'd happily recommend it to anyone after that kind of warm experience.

The garden was such a relaxing spot, beautifully kept and full of lovely flowers. Chris was a wonderful host, and her pet Lola was warm and welcoming too. Chris is right there on the property, looking after everything and bringing a thoughtful personal touch. We really enjoyed our stay.

The beds are so comfy, you might have a hard time getting out to see everything there is to do nearby. I've been lucky enough to stay twice, and it really is a great place. The gardens are lovely, the meals are home cooked, and sitting by an outdoor fire under the stars was wonderful. Cris is a great host who goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Those breakfasts were so yummy, especially with fruit grown on Chris's own trees. Chris was a great host, really friendly, and had plenty of suggestions for places to visit.

There’s so much history in the dingup house, and the place is insanely detailed. Chris was welcoming and really engaged with our group, which made the trip a lot more fun. The location is tranquil, and the home cooked meals were delicious. 100% would recommend.
