The rooms at Forest Lodge are older, but comfortable, warm, and clean, and the price was very affordable. The staff were lovely and the service was fantastic. Driving north from there was so easy. Thanks 🙏💚 I'll stay again if I stop in Dubbo.

Just right for one night, with really comfortable beds and exceptional service. A special thank you for posting back the rings I left behind. They mean a lot to me, and I'm so grateful for that kindness.

There was ample parking, and I'd stay again. The room was clean and nice, with a comfortable bed and a tidy bathroom. Tea, coffee, biscuits, a kettle, microwave, and fridge with milk were all provided. Good for one night or a few.

Breakfast in the room went down well, and the room had everything I needed. It was very clean, with the crisp white sheets I love. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I love a smile. First time staying here, but I'll do it again on my annual trek.

Great service, including an easy room change to one that suited us better, with twin beds and a walk-in shower. A good overnight stop while travelling along the Newell Highway. The room was quiet, clean, and attractive, with comfy beds, a hot shower with good flow, air conditioning, kettle, fridge, and microwave.
