Greenwood Park Estate

The outdoor entertaining area, pizza oven and fire pit were fantastic, and Phil and Kathy gave us helpful tips about the area and things to do. We booked this retreat at the last minute, and the villa was even better in person than it looked in the photos. It was roomy, very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. We had an amazing stay and would recommend it. We'll be back.

Birdsong was about all we could hear from our secluded villa in the bush, which made it a lovely place to unwind. Greenwood Park Estate is also a handy base, just a short drive from Batemans Bay and the beaches, with attractions to explore on day trips both north and south. The owners were friendly and obliging. The accommodation felt modern, very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We could use our private balcony BBQ or the shared outdoor area with its pizza oven. The owners have clearly paid close attention to the details. We'll certainly be back soon.

We were wowed as soon as we walked into the villa. It was bright, roomy, tastefully furnished and immaculately clean, with a very comfortable bed dressed in crisp white sheets. Slippers and a gown were supplied too. The kitchen was well equipped, so we could make our own meals, and the owners seemed to have thought of everything for our comfort. Surrounded by bushland, the private villa was wonderfully peaceful, with birds in the treetops as the only sounds. Pebbly Beach and other beaches are an easy drive away. Greenwood Park Estate will be our pick for future south coast getaways.

The well designed botanic garden was a highlight, and the beaches and top fishing spots along the south coast are close by. We really enjoyed our stay at Greenwood Park Estate. Phil & Kathy have thought through the details, and the accommodation was quiet, comfortable, well equipped and luxurious. We'll definitely come back.
