The room had been updated and the kitchenette was set up well. Just don't park beneath the tree by reception, the birds leave droppings all over cars there.

We spent two days and one night here with a friend and our two sons for a fishing trip. The room was very clean and tidy, as was the barbecue area. The staff were friendly and happily arranged a late checkout for us. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The bed was comfy and the room had all the essentials, with good quality for the price. The operators were really kind, too. A friendly neighbour told us the BBQ was great and mentioned there was a pizza oven as well. I'm keen to try that and the pool next time.

I've stayed twice and would happily recommend this place to anyone wanting comfortable, affordable accommodation nearby. The rooms are clean and comfy, and the outdoor BBQ area has what you need to cook a meal. Shops are within walking distance, with the lake only a short drive away. It's a great base for a few days exploring, whether you're on your own or with a group. I'll be back soon. Thanks, Marie and team! :)

After more than ten stays at Eildon Lake Motel, we still can't recommend it highly enough. Marie and her team always make us feel welcome, and the rooms are comfortable, lovely and consistently clean. The BBQ area works well for breakfast or dinner, and the motel is right behind the shops and bakery. On one trip, we got badly sunburned out on the lake. Marie kindly picked fresh Aloe Vera from the garden to soothe our red faces. Looking forward to coming back soon!
