The enclosed sundeck was our favorite place for morning coffee and sunset barbecues, with panoramic sea views. Fareview Beach House is a charming, self-contained place with what a family needs for a comfortable stay. We found koalas in the trees right in front of the house and an echidna in the backyard, and the pet-friendly policy and well-equipped kitchen added to the appeal. Emu Bay's white sand is a short walk away, good for swimming and leisurely strolls. Kingscote is only a 15-minute drive for groceries and exploring other parts of Kangaroo Island. It felt like an idyllic spot to unwind.

This was our fourth stay at Fairview, and we brought another of our furry friends along for a walk. Chris and her son brought extra firewood through those first rainy days, and we appreciated the kitchen equipment too. I was planning to bake cookies while looking out over the bay, then sink into a warm bed. Fairview is welcoming and comfortable. What more could we ask for? What a State we are in, love SA.

Emu Bay is amazing, and we had a great holiday at Fairview beach house. We stayed for a week, found it very comfortable and had everything we needed. Thanks christine for the great service. We'll definitely return.

The wood fire was amazing, and the shower was nice and hot. It was clean, charming and in a great spot for visiting different places on the island. A great place to stay, and totally worth it.

A lovely hamper was waiting as soon as we walked in, and the sunset view is amazing. It's a perfect little holiday home for family or friends, with such a wholesome vibe. I'd book here again if I'm ever down this way ❤️
