Esk Grand Hotel

Even with the place packed on a scorching 35-degree day, the staff kept things moving smoothly and were friendly and efficient. The service really stood out. We dropped into Esk Grand Hotel for lunch on the way to Crows Nest and were glad we did. The pub meals were delicious and generous, and our drinks and coffees arrived quickly. There was a meat raffle happening too, which added to that classic country pub feel. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re passing through.

Dogs are allowed out the back, which was so nice because we could bring ours along. It was busy with Christmas events, but our meals still came quickly and were a great size. The manager was around the pub, introducing himself and checking that everyone was happy. He was super bubbly. I’d highly recommend coming for lunch, and booking a table is a good idea. We’ll definitely visit again!

Joe and his remarkable staff gave us the kind of service you hope for in the country, always with a smile. My husband and I stopped in for lunch and were both very pleased. The entree and meals were delicious, and everything came out piping hot and ready to eat. We’ll be back to dine again. Thank you!

The Publican made us feel so welcome, like family, and the staff were friendly too. Thanks for the chat, food and service. The cheesecake, made onsite, was the best I’ve ever eaten. 10/10!
