The shared kitchen was really well equipped and spotlessly clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The place has a nice vibe, and for the price it’s hard to beat. It’s quiet, away from a main road, and close to the shops. The rooms are a little small, but good value, clean and nice. The air conditioning was a bit noisy. We’d stay again.

This works well for a solo traveller or a couple. You can walk into the town centre and to some great restaurants. The cosy rooms have what you need, and the kitchen is equipped if you’d rather cook. The local pool is across the road. If the swell’s too high to see whale sharks, grab a book from the community lounge and head over there to relax.

Everything we needed was there, and they were really accommodating. The room was simple but tidy, with plenty of storage, and the kitchen was very well equipped. We also liked the outdoor areas and pool. Absolutely amazing place to stay, definitely recommend it!
