The apartment had a fantastic view and was in a handy spot near the Eagle Express chair lift. We stayed three nights in Snow Ski Apartment (#22), and it was just right. Andge and the Snow Ski Apartments team were quick to reply to email questions even before I booked, and gave us a great experience. Looking forward to coming back.

Our apartment was huge, spotless, and hard to fault, with wonderful summit views from the big balcony. It’s very close to Eagle chair lift and the Frying Pan, and the staff were so accommodating. We loved our stay and plan to book here every time we come to Falls Creek.

We had a lovely stay in this clean, roomy mountain place, right by a main lift and some delicious ramen. Ski-in, ski-out access is a real plus. The only reason for four stars is that we arrived late and had to walk for half an hour through deep snow to reach the apartments. Make sure transport is running when you arrive, or you may have to hike. Thanks for the stay.

Apartment 9 had a lovely view across the Gully Chair and toward the Summit. The dining and lounge area looking out over the snow was great, and having a full kitchen and laundry was a big bonus. It looked recently renovated and was tastefully done. Bedrooms are a little tight, though the cupboards have good storage, there isn’t room on the floor for bags. The village location is hard to beat, with ski-in, ski-out access to Gully, Summit and Eagle lifts. The shuttle also stops at the door for kids or learners heading to Falls Express. There are kids’ activities nearby and restaurants close by. Helen & Jeff were fantastic from booking through the stay, and you can pick up a taboggan for the kids at reception. This was our second stay at Snow Ski Apartment and it was just as good. We’d absolutely stay again.

Apartment 34 was at the very bottom of the complex, in the basement, and involved lots of stairs. It had two bedrooms, but they were tiny, with the beds pushed against a wall. You have to climb over your partner to get to both sides of the bed. The kitchen, dining and lounge spaces are all together. There’s a nice view of gum trees and a sliver of mountains, and the drying cupboard was great. The toilet paper was very poor quality and there wasn’t enough for four people over three days. There was only one small, hotel-sized soap bar too. Fine overall, but incredibly expensive for what it is.
