There was mold and cockroaches everywhere, especially live ones all over the kitchen. The dead ones weren't what worried me most. I called the front desk and sent photos of it all, but no one responded. This place is seriously disgusting.

The location was perfect, right across from the main beach, and the secure undercover parking was handy. The fresh produce and grocery shop was only 200m away. We stayed in Oceanic 9 for a week in February. For its age, the apartment was in perfect condition, clean, and had comfortable beds and even a washing machine. Wiseberry Forster were very helpful and friendly when we collected the keys. Checkout at 8am felt a little early after a full week in holiday mode. We'd definitely stay again.
