Jess, the hotel manager, was kind, professional and accommodating. The beds were so soft that I fell asleep straight away, and I'd book here again. There's a pub next door, but the building is far enough from the rooms that you can't hear noise. The pub's food is excellent.

Aby made check-in such a good experience. The customer service was lovely, and Aby went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We were really happy with the room, and the beds were so comfortable we didn't want to get up in the morning.

The Christmas lunch was fabulous, with generous portions of delicious food and friendly service. All the staff deserve compliments for the wonderful effort on Xmas day. We'll do it again next year!

The accommodation is updated, nicely decorated, very clean and well equipped. It's as good as anywhere I've stayed in the region, and I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for a place. The restaurant food wasn't really to my taste, though.

The venue is large, the pool was nice, and the restaurant food was great. They also prepared well for the expected cyclone Narelle. We had a good stay.
