The bed was comfortable, and the host was kind and quick to answer our questions. We stayed two nights in unit 1 and had fresh sheets and towels. The furniture isn't new, as others have mentioned, but it works, especially for the nightly price. It could have been cleaner, though I don't think that justifies the 3.4 Google rating.

It was nice to have breakfast supplies waiting, along with a bottle of shampoo.

The accommodation was neat, clean and well presented, and worked well for a stop on the long drive between the north west and Perth. It was also within walking distance of the Memorial and the town, about 15 minutes away. Just keep in mind there's a steep hill to climb on the way back after food and drinks. We had to change our dates at the last minute, and the owner, Martin, sorted it out without any hassle. That flexibility was a great result for us.

I was here for business and found the place central, clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. There was plenty of hot water, tea, good coffee, milk and croissants in the fridge. The bed was very firm, though, and gave me quite a few sleepless nights. Everything else was amazing.

I booked for June 29, but the stay was abruptly canceled with the explanation that the room had gone to another guest. I tried again for July 14 and got the same cancellation for the same reason. I'm extremely disappointed with this service, and feel it deserves less than one star.
