It's very quiet, which was just right for a peaceful break. The reception contact details and notes were clear, and the place was clean when we arrived. Shops are a short walk away, and the main shopping centre is an easy drive.

The rooms were new-looking, nice and clean, but I never met anyone from management until checkout. The Wi-Fi wouldn't work on my laptop even with the password. We stayed a week and had a nightmare with mosquitoes getting inside at night. I don't know how they came in, but having fly spray in the room would have helped. The website photos made us think there was a pool on the premises, but there isn't one. For the price, that felt like false advertising and was the main letdown.

Good value, good service and a central spot, about a three-minute walk from Woolies. The apartments are a good size and immaculately clean, and the elevated position catches cooling breezes. There are lots of Foxtel channels too. I'll be back.

We spent two months here and it was a real treat. The units are spacious, modern, clean and serviced, right in the heart of Gladstone. They have all the comforts you'd hope for.

The location is fairly central, though you have to reach it from a one-way street. Rooms are a good size, and the facilities work well for self-catering.
