We paid $388 for 2 nights (2018 - now) during the Celtic Festival, and it was not worth it. That’s triple the usual price, a rip off. Everyone shares bathroom facilities, and it was noisy. The shared areas need work and cleaning. The beds are comfortable, but I’d go elsewhere.
