Ashmore Palms Holiday Village

Our car wouldn't start one day, and a staff member came over straight away to help. Everyone there was friendly and helpful, and we liked getting text updates about activities and other things happening on site. We stayed for a month, and the clean, tidy room had everything we needed, so we could just move in and live. We had such a great time and will definitely come back. From No.32

We only got six nights here and wished it had been 60. The gardens were lovely, the cabins spotless, and the staff were so friendly and willing to help. The pool was clean and our two young boys couldn't get enough of it. The playgrounds were well kept too, and the macaws were lovely and clearly well cared for.

The park was quiet every night, so I slept really well. I picked Ashmore Palms partly because of the birds and was glad I did. It's a beautiful, well-kept park, with good roads and a welcoming entrance. The cabins were clean and tidy, and the pool was a nice place to rest. The collection of beautiful Macaws was an extra treat.

The twin pools and exotic birds were the kids' favourite things at Ashmore Palms, and the park worked well for me and them. Our three-bedroom villa had enough room for our family of five. The beds were a little uncomfortable, though. It was a great base for our first Gold Coast trip, with easy access to the M1 for Brisbane, the Sunny Coast, or Burleigh. Surfers and the theme parks were each around 15-20 minutes away, depending on traffic. We paid about $500-$1000 less than for somewhere right on the beach, so it was definitely worth the price.
