ULTIQA Burleigh Mediterranean Resort

The view over the mountains and coast was priceless, and getting onto the M1 for the theme parks was easy. We had plenty of room for two adults and three kids in our three-bedroom, two-bathroom place in the Northern Tower. Staff were amazing and so friendly. One gentleman even jump-started our car and saved us hundreds of dollars. The beach is just across the road, with a flagged area usually close by. Bring body boards, the swimming is lovely, and the afternoon cloud colours are breathtaking.

We had a beautiful ocean view from a bright, airy apartment. It was immaculately clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for cooking. The pool and gardens were lovely too. The location worked well for getting to town, cafes, restaurants, and groceries. Staff were kind and helpful.

The heated indoor pool and spa were the highlight for our daughter, who spent most of her time there. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, and waking up to the ocean view was lovely. There's a kids' park directly across the road, and the surf club is just a couple of hundred metres away for dinner. Our room was modern, clean, and really nice. We loved our stay and highly recommend it. We're already checking when we can come back.

Our unit was spotless, with fresh, bright decor, a comfortable lounge, very comfortable beds, heavenly pillows, and showers that were always hot. The gardens and pool area were fabulous, and secure parking on site was accessible from the lift to each floor. We couldn't fault it and I'd give it 100/10. I'll definitely be back. Greta, I think that's her name, was a lovely first welcome at reception. Even though check-in took only five minutes, she remembered my name the next time I passed through. There are about 60 units in our tower. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful, just right for that first contact.
