We stayed on the 3rd floor, then added a few more nights in an apartment on the 15th floor. Both were modern, very comfortable and had great views. Carool has everything you need, and the heated pool was a big hit with the kids. Rainbow Bay beach is only a stone's throw away and very child friendly. It's also just a few minutes' drive to a plaza with Aldi, Woolworths, Coles and more. Tina was wonderful to deal with and made us feel very welcome. We had a really enjoyable stay and would highly recommend Carool for a young family. We'll be back.

We loved the upgraded pool, and the kids also had fun going between our apartment and our friends' next door. With just 2 apartments per floor, we could leave the doors open while everyone still had their own space. We've stayed at Carool for the second year in a row, both times on the 4th floor with gorgeous views. You can walk everywhere from here, and we enjoyed trying the new taqueria at Little Malis tuck shop. Mick and Tina are great hosts. We'll definitely return!

Management gave us first-class service, thank you Tia. We had a very spacious two-bedroom apartment overlooking rainbow bay and snapper rocks. We've already booked our return!

Tina & Mick were very friendly and helped us extend our stay while we looked for a rental. We had a great 7 weeks at the Carool apartments. The spacious apartment had amazing views, with perfect sights of both sunrise and sunset. Every so often we even saw dolphins and whales 🐬🐳. Close to all the amenities and attractions, and I'd highly recommend Carool to anyone staying in the area 😊

We keep coming back because we love this place. In Unit 16, which has just been redecorated and air conditioned throughout, our grandchildren loved the new heated pool. The beach is right across the road, and Rainbow Bay is a very special part of the Gold Coast that our family loves holidaying in. Tina and Mick, the managers, are so welcoming and do anything they can to make your stay enjoyable.
