The pool setting was a highlight, with mature trees, sandy areas, a large heated pool and two spas. We had some rain, but it didn't get in the way of relaxing. We also enjoyed dinner at Chang Mai Thai. The decor gave us the feeling of being in Thailand, and the food was delicious. Bumbles Cafe nearby was a great choice for breakfast or lunch. Jenny’s apartment suited our family of five so well. It was spacious, spotless and had everything we needed, plus two balconies and kids’ activity toys that our family really appreciated. Jenny communicated clearly and promptly from the start. Staying in the apartment while using the hotel facilities made for a relaxing, family-friendly holiday. It's only a short walk to the heart of Surfers Paradise, with lots to see and do close by. We'll definitely come back, and I might even return for a mums-only trip to enjoy the local bars and restaurants. Highly recommend!

The pool, spa and gym were a lovely bonus, and the location made getting around easy, with transport nearby and the beach and main shopping area a short walk away. The apartment was lovely, bright and spacious. Jenny was a friendly, accommodating host who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We had a wonderful time and would strongly recommend it.

The pool was a nice extra, and the beach was an easy walk away. Jenny’s apartment comfortably fitted our family of five, including our three teenagers. It was also handy for public transport, coffee shops and restaurants. We'd definitely stay again.

We spent lots of time unwinding in the pools, spas and sauna, and really liked the poolside cafe. The Thai restaurant was absolutely delicious too. The apartment felt like home, with all the kitchen appliances we needed to cook family meals. Jenny was a pleasure to deal with, replying quickly, giving clear information and helping with our questions. The Gold Coast location was just outside the busy area, but Cavill Ave was still a short walk away, and the tram was right outside. We had an amazing holiday and would highly recommend it to families. We'll definitely be back.
