The view was stunning, and having a shared pool was a nice bonus. Still, the stay was disappointing. The apartment felt neglected and wasn't very clean, the jacuzzi bath didn't work, and toiletries were missing, including conditioner and body lotion. The listing described three separate bedrooms, but two beds were actually in an open area between the kitchen and living room. After I raised these issues, staff promised a partial refund of less than 10%. A week later, nothing had arrived, and I had to chase them myself to get my deposit back. That felt unprofessional.

The service from Holiday Paradise was thoughtful and efficient, from picking up the key through checkout. The room was clean, comfortable, and high quality, and the location suited us perfectly, with everything close by. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

Getting around and shopping nearby was really convenient, and the location was excellent. The room felt modern and refined, with plenty of light and a comfortable atmosphere. The room service staff deserve a special mention too, they were friendly and natural while still being professional. I had a perfect stay and would choose this place again for either a holiday or business trip.

The place itself was acceptable, and we left it clean and in good shape when we checked out. The trouble came afterward, when the host claimed there was damage under furniture, something we hadn't seen or been told about during our stay. Guests shouldn't have to photograph under every bed and sofa just in case. When we asked for proof, the host couldn't provide timestamped pictures from before we arrived to show the damage wasn't already there. We had to escalate it to Booking.com for an evidence review. The whole post-stay issue was stressful and disappointing. Other guests may want to take detailed photos when they arrive.
