The staff were nice, and the car park was secure, though water leaked through its ceiling. The place was overpriced and barely equipped. They didn’t even provide a face washer, and there was no discount for the roadwork noise. Two basic metal outdoor dining chairs didn’t match the table. You might expect that at an $80-a-night place, but even those places match their furniture better. I paid a $250 credit card bond, yet there was nothing in the room worth that. I wouldn’t stay again, even with the beach nearby.

For nine days, the three of us were given just one roll of toilet paper every two days. That wasn’t nearly enough, and it was embarrassing and degrading to keep running out of such a basic necessity in accommodation we’d paid good money for. When I called to ask for more, I was told to go buy it at the corner store. That response and the service were unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We’ve stayed here twice now and plan to come back. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are friendly, and the location is great. Good value for money.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. It’s a hidden gem, really close to the beach, with a pool and spa. Just outside reception there’s coles, liquorland, fish and chips, and a chinese restaurant at the motel.

The front desk staff were lovely and very helpful, and the basics were covered. Still, the rooms are dated and tired, and they didn’t even provide teaspoons for the tea and coffee. We could hear the lift and construction at sites behind outrigger. Thankfully that was only on Friday, not over the weekend. With light rail construction out the front and more building work behind, lower your expectations and you’ll be fine.
