The owners are so friendly and accommodating, and always ready to help, especially Dorelle. The apartments are nice and have everything you need. It’s also just two minutes from the bus and tram station. I’d recommend staying here.

Dorelle let me know well ahead of time that the air conditioning in my booked room wasn’t working. That gave me time to arrange somewhere else to stay. It was out of their hands, and the technician couldn’t come until halfway through my stay, so I appreciated her being proactive.

Such a good holiday spot. The apartments were very clean, and the location is close to shops, the beach and the star casino. The owners and managers were lovely. I’d absolutely come back.

We were pleasantly surprised by how good the rooms were for the price, and the check-in staff were lovely. The pool was clean and nice to use. The location works well, right by the tram and Pacific Fair. There’s a lot of construction around the apartments, but we didn’t notice noise or any other problems.

We had an easy time getting around without a car. The place is near pacific fair, a bus stop and the light rail, with the playground, walking track and beach a short walk away. Marty and Dorelle went above and beyond as managers and hosts, making sure our family of four, including our two small kids, and my parents had an enjoyable holiday. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it.
