I haven't stayed at the property yet, but the reservation staff have already made a great impression. I had to make unexpected changes to my booking, and they were wonderful to talk to. The balcony view was stunning, and we could pop across the road to beautiful Coolangatta beach several times a day. Great places to eat were all around us too. The apartment was comfortable, beautifully furnished, and well equipped, and we had an amazing week. It was hard to leave, and we'll definitely be back.

Marie at reception was so welcoming and helpful, and the food and coffee vouchers were a lovely extra. We’ve been back several times and keep choosing this place because the Coolangatta location is hard to beat, with beach and mountain views all around. The apartment is comfortable and beautifully presented, the pool is lovely, and the small gym has what you need for a workout. We never tire of waking up to that outlook. It keeps exceeding what we expect, and we’ll be back again.

We were lucky to get perfect weather, and the ocean made the holiday feel just right. The unit was thoughtfully set up, with quality furniture, candles, and a well-stocked kitchen for anyone wanting to cook. The ocean views were fabulous, and the pool and spa were divine. There were BBQ facilities and a pool table too, so everyone had something to enjoy. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Well done to all the staff for making the trip excellent.

The location is still amazing, and I’ve stayed in different units here many times over the years. It used to be my go-to destination, but I’m not so sure now. The place is starting to look run down, and some individual owners need to upgrade their units. There should also be a standard level of basic kitchen equipment in every apartment.
