The room had a tacky Indian theme, and the table was so wobbly our dinner seemed to travel around more than on a cruise ship. The place is for sale, and it felt like the hosts were trying to get out. They lost our booking and left us standing in the rain for an hour, ruining our anniversary dinner. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or soap. Breakfast was cold and served with a bad attitude. The shower cycled through five minutes cold and two minutes hot. There was no view or spa bath in our room. The bedside lamps weren’t connected, and reading in bed would have meant taking the bed apart. We wanted to hear the rainforest, but the bar fridge was so loud we had to unplug it.

A tranquil setting with lovely views and lots of bird life. This Bed & Breakfast is wonderful, with everything you could want and more. Dragon & Zaga were genuine, friendly hosts. Thanks for a great stay.

We woke to a delicious breakfast, prepared by our gracious hosts who made sure everything was just right. They’re a lovely, down to earth couple, married for 40 years, and their natural hospitality made us feel at home. We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our 10 year anniversary. The room had a balcony with views and a spa where my husband and I enjoyed bubble bath and a few Mascatos. There was a TV too, and the one in our room rotated around. Being surrounded by nature and hearing all those birds was so relaxing, especially the Kookaburras, my favourite. I’ll definitely come back, maybe with the kids next time. A must if you love serenity.

The views from our room were something special, and the hosts were wonderful people who looked after us. A really great place if you want to get away from the daily grind. Highly recommend it.

It’s a quiet area with stunning views, and I had a lovely stay. The owners, Zaga and Dragi, are such warm, friendly people. I’d definitely stay there again.
