Great Keppel Island Hideaway

The location is amazing 😍. The rooms are cozy and private, with great aircon, decent bedding, and all the utensils you need. Restaurant staff were awesome with their customer service. The manager could use a bit more hospitality training, though.

We haven't stayed here, but we've visited a few times for dinner and drinks. The views are great, especially at sunset, and the vibe is really nice. I loved the parmi. We shared a brownie afterwards, and although it tasted great with soft serve and a strawberry, it was the smallest brownie I've ever seen for $13. The portion felt pretty tight. Still, it's a great place with a great atmosphere, and worth spending at least one night on Keppel.

Our annual girls trip to GKI Hideaway was just as good as hoped. We stayed in a beachfront bungalow, and now I don't think we'd go back to anything else. It had plenty of room for four of us and all our accessories, with open water views and the beach and pippies bar close by. Such a perfect spot to relax for a few days. Loved it, already looking forward to next time!

Lainy welcomed us so warmly today, showed us to our rooms, and made sure we were settled in comfortably. Her thoughtful help got our stay at Great Hideaway off to a lovely start. One small suggestion for the island: the room keys can be confusing. It might be easier for guests, especially older ones, if the first two digits were removed on single rooms. We really appreciated the service and Lainy's kindness.
