We had a pleasant unpowered site over the March long weekend. It felt sheltered from the wind and safe for families, and things were mostly quiet by 10pm. The park has changed a lot since we were last here, and there’s less green than I remember, but it’s had plenty of improvements and still has some olde worlde charm. It’s great to see it hasn’t been swallowed up by the big chains. The bathroom block and camp kitchen were both very clean, and the kitchen has everything you need. There’s a well stocked general store at fair prices, so you don’t have to leave town for supplies. Beach access, walking trails and stunning sunsets are right there too. We’ll be back soon.

I really appreciate that there’s a lower rate for one person. It’s great to find a campground focused on a reasonably priced overnight stay, instead of charging $60-$70 a night for kids’ amenities that half the guests don’t want. Check in was friendly, the camp kitchen is great and the bathrooms were clean.

We stayed four nights and only paid for three, with a concrete pad on a good sized bay. The park has an older style, and although the facilities are old, they’re absolutely spotless. It’s an easy walk to the 3 Bays walkway, Dynamite Diner and the fuel station/general store. The dump point is across the road at the fire station. We’ll be back.

The owner was very friendly, and there was plenty of space with really clean facilities. We paid 30 AUD for an unpowered site. If we’d known earlier, we’d have stayed here longer instead of staying in Cervantes. A really nice caravan park, highly recommended.

We’ve just spent four nights at Greenhead Caravan Park. It’s a no frills place in a wonderful location, with great amenities and helpful staff. The town has adequate facilities too, and the staff there were cheerful and friendly.
