Anchorage Complex

We booked five nights with Anchorage and left feeling that nobody cared whether the problems were fixed. On arrival the place was filthy: dirty floors, bird droppings on the sofa, food behind the cushions, and broken sun loungers. We called the dedicated service straight away. The person said a cleaner would be sent as soon as possible, then hung up. We called several more times during the stay and kept getting the same promise. No cleaner ever came during our five nights. The photos don’t match the actual accommodation at all. It was unhygienic, and cupboards, the shower, and other things were missing about half their handles. Several people we met in the residence said they were dealing with the same situation. If you want a clean, relaxing holiday, I wouldn’t come here. When something goes wrong, no one seems to bother fixing it.

A good family apartment, and the buggy was included. The pool wasn’t heated. The place was clean apart from a bit of mould in the shower.

Anchorage 12 had what we needed for a few days, though there was no shower gel. The furnishings are old and basic but seem sturdy and work fine. It was mostly clean, with just a few small limescale marks. The area under the beds could have been cleaned better, and the electrical appliances are low quality, though still functional. For the price, it was a worthwhile stay.
