Blue Waters Views

We had a great sunset view, and the apartment wasn’t right over the pool, so it stayed quiet. It was cosy and nicely decorated with local art, and the hosts had provided heaps of useful kitchen equipment. The beds and couches were really comfortable, with plenty of room for our family of five. We had the best apartment at BWV#2.

We stayed for six nights as a group and couldn’t fault the apartment. It had everything we needed, and the pool was right at the foot of the balcony. The location was fantastic, near One Tree Lookout, who have cocktail hour all day.

We booked unit 15 from the 5th to the 10th, but left after just one night because it was so poorly maintained. Only one of the three air conditioners worked, and even that one barely worked and made a grinding noise. The glass shower screen was broken and fixed in place, which made it hard to use. Two TVs had no remotes and couldn’t be used. The unit felt very tired, needed a lot of TLC, and was scattered with the owners’ possessions. I wouldn’t recommend it until it’s been refurbished.

Room 16 had a five-star view. The room was nice and had what we needed to eat at home. It’s a short drive to the shops or cat's eye beach, and just a two-minute walk to one tree hill.
