The view is nice, but there’s a lot of maintenance that seems to have been put off. If you plan to cook much, I can’t recommend this place. The kitchen isn’t well equipped, and the cabinets are frustrating to use. To get to the rubbish bin, you have to open the drawer next to it and then pry open the slider. Drawers with the pots, pans and plates are almost impossible to keep shut. You close one and it pops right back open. The grounds have lots of leaves, branches and other debris lying around, and it looks like landscaping hasn’t been tended to for several years. One golf cart has a plug that won’t wind back up properly, and the grill is in rough shape too. It gives the impression the owner sees this property as a cash cow and doesn’t take pride in maintaining it.
