After a long day of travel, it was a lovely surprise to find the heater already on in the room. I booked at the last minute and was really happy with my stay. The host was friendly and accommodating, and the room was spotless, cozy, comfortable, and well maintained. A great welcoming place when you need somewhere on short notice. Highly recommend.

We had the family room, which was clean and comfortable, with more than enough supplies. It came with a microwave, toaster, kettle, plates and cutlery, iron, hair dryer, TV, and other things. Parking right outside was handy, and check-out was quick and easy. Check-in went smoothly too, with the owner sharing useful information about Hamilton and things to do. Highly recommend, thanks.

A good spot if you're travelling through. The location is excellent, with plenty within walking distance, but it's quiet on a side road. The rooms were very clean, and there was plenty of space between cars in the parking right outside each room. Booking in was easy, the staff were very friendly, and it was great value for money. I'd definitely recommend it.

We felt very welcome, and the eating places were an easy walk away. The room facilities were excellent, everything was clean and tidy, and the bed was very, very comfortable. We had an excellent stay.

The last room was available, and after a long day we managed to get it at short notice over the phone. The lady was really friendly and helpful. Getting into the room was easy, with the details sent through quickly. It was immaculately clean, had the supplies we needed, and a comfortable bed. Best place I've stayed in Australia so far. Highly recommend, and I'd stay again if I'm in Hamilton.
