The staff were friendly and helpful, but our meals didn't live up to the restaurant's award-winning reputation. I ordered the ricotta gnocchi after seeing the great reviews. It was described as homemade, but came out tough and dense, almost impossible to eat. My partner's pork belly was fine during the meal, though later that evening was a different story.

The managers were welcoming and happy to help with requests, and the room met my expectations. I'd have liked a better view over the golf course, though the club itself is expensive. I'd be happy to stay again.

There are plenty of seats and the club was very clean throughout. It's close to the Murray River, too. I hadn't visited in years, and was really impressed by Michelle and the Bistro/ Coffee team's service. The meals were excellent, good-sized portions and reasonably priced. Highly recommend, I'll be back.

The water was awful. The cold tap ran hot, while the warm water was only lukewarm, which made no sense. I know NSW water can be hard to deal with, but still. The rooms look nicely designed at first glance, but that doesn't make up for all the bugs. I slept there one night of my three-day stay, and the next morning the bed was covered in small insects. There was already a wasp on the window blind when I arrived, too. I appreciate the effort to make the place look nice, but I wouldn't stay again even for $100. Don't stay here if you want a good experience.

For such a small town, it was surprising to see what the community has achieved, and the visit was well worth it. Service was great, with a good variety of meals, and the dining room has a beautiful outlook. There's undercover parking as well. I'll definitely visit again.
