We were so reluctant to leave. Having private access to Hyams Beach just a two-minute walk away made the location hard to beat, and the parking spot kept things simple. The veranda was a lovely place to unwind, too. Inside, it felt welcoming as soon as we arrived and smelled amazing. Everything was meticulously clean, from the carpets and sofas to the kitchen, fridge, oven, floors, and wardrobes. The cosy rooms fit four of us comfortably without feeling cramped. Rachel and Ben were warm from the first day, and we had genuinely nice conversations with them. Their suggestions for places to eat and things to do were great. I also left an item behind by accident, and they kindly mailed it back at no charge. That kind of integrity is rare. We loved the stay and would happily return.

Rachel, the owner, was lovely to meet. We stayed in flat #4 over the long weekend, and everything about it felt perfect. It was spotless and had what we needed right at hand. The location made getting around easy, with all 3 Hymas beaches a short walk away and the local cafe just 2 doors down. The flat had air conditioning, a full oven, microwave, toaster, kettle with coffee and tea, utensils, and a smart TV. There were also new stainless steel BBQ's at no cost, plus a washing machine and dryer at no cost, clothes hanging, an outdoor shower for after the beach, and all the linen and towels we needed.

Rachel was thoughtful and kind, arranging early check-in and late check-out proactively. She also gave us great tips for activities and restaurants. We’ll definitely return. The room and grounds were very well kept, and the location was amazing. There’s private access to the north end of Hyams Beach and the south end of the White Sands Walk, with Cooked Goose Cafe only a couple of doors away.

The bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a long weekend, including a great outdoor barbeque. Shops and restaurants are a short drive away. We were really happy with the unit. It was beautiful and clean, very quiet, and well placed for enjoying Hyams Beach. Rachel and Ben were great hosts and made the stay really enjoyable.

I’ve stayed here a few times over the years because it’s so conveniently close to the beach, but this visit impressed me especially. The place has been newly decorated, and all the kitchen utilities have been replaced. The bed was very clean, with comfortable, hotel-quality linens. This time, everything basic we needed was provided, from the bathroom to the kitchen. It made things extremely convenient with kids and saved us both time and car space since we didn’t have to pack it all. We had a great time, thank you so much. We’ll definitely be back in Summer.
