I've stayed here for two weeks in winter and two weeks in summer, and I think all the cabin types I've tried are fantastic. Everything is clean, well maintained and has what you need. I prefer staying here to staying on mountain, and I'd recommend it without hesitation. The staff deserve a mention again: the front desk team are so helpful and kind, and I honestly just want to hang out and chat with them. Did I say enough about how great they are? I love staying here.

We left feeling really happy and refreshed. The park is peaceful and beautiful, with stunning views and a perfect location, and everything felt comfortable and well cared for. The team clearly puts thought into guests having a great experience. The staff were incredible, and we were unexpectedly upgraded, which made the trip even more special. It was one of the highlights of our trip.

We spent a week here during the September school holidays with three young kids, and they loved it. The cabin had ample space, and we had no issues. We arrived late but found it easily. When I booked, the staff were helpful and upgraded us for free from a two-bedroom cabin to a two-bedroom spa cabin. There was a lot for the kids to enjoy: a games room, TV room with DVDs, tennis court, playground, chess set and bouncing pit. The property is right in front of the lake. Shared amenities included a kitchen with four stoves and fridges, a lounge with a fireplace, showers and toilets, and laundry at $4 per load and a dryer at $4 per use. We'd come again.

The rooms and beds are on the small side, but they were fine, and the cabins were clean and of acceptable quality. There are basic amenities like laundry, a BBQ and a games room. I enjoyed my stay, though you shouldn't expect a hotel experience.

We camped on a non-powered site in summer. It was dusty and there was no grass, but the area was otherwise tidy and clean, with a pleasant breeze and a view over the lake. The amenities were a little tired but very clean. The communal kitchen was excellent, with ovens. Thredbo is about a 30-minute drive away.
