BE AWARE, the photos of Parkwood 7 are old and haven’t been updated. The apartment now has a new kitchen, but just a SMALL BARFRIDGE, which is ridiculous for 5 people. Heating in the upstairs main bedroom didn’t work, one toilet wouldn’t flush, and the lounge seating couldn’t fit 5 people. We booked 3 nights but stayed only 1 because of Covid. Rain & Horne Jindabyne asked us to leave due to Covid, then we waited 2 months for a partial refund. It wasn’t even the cost of 1 night, and getting it took endless emails and phone calls. I wouldn’t recommend Parkwood 7. Really disappointed with Rain & Horn customer service.
