Cloudsong Chalet 2 - Close to the village centre!

For $534 a night, this tired cabin was incredibly expensive. It was hard to find: vines covered the street signage, and the units had no numbers. A guest in the next unit even called in looking for his own unit. The cabin was poorly maintained, with several missing light globes and broken fittings, including the bathroom soap holder and the light above the slippery stairs between the bedroom and bathroom. The stove was rusty in places and many decades old. There was only one waste bin for the whole cabin. A coffee machine was provided, but no capsules. There was no fire extinguisher, despite the NSW STRA Fire Safety Standards that came into effect on 1 November 2021 requiring one. Privet weed was in full bloom, and pollen had built up dangerously in the gutters and on the upstairs deck, making it impossible to open the bedroom doors. If this is the standard at Kangaroo Valley Getaways, I wouldn't recommend staying at any of their properties.
