The hotel's close to restaurants and the station, and having parking was appreciated. I liked that they supplied extra towels for the beach. Staff were friendly, especially the woman at reception who let me use the bathroom after checkout and the housekeeper who greeted us. The room was clean, with a nice selection of tea and coffee, and the shower products were great.

That bed felt like a cloud, and the bathroom and shower were amazing, 10/10, with lovely complimentary products. The room was immaculate and had everything you'd want, even a coffee percolator. Room service was the perfect extra after a long drive. The motel is right across from the Main Street, so cafes, bars and ice-cream parlors are all an easy walk away. There's a beautiful park and foreshore across the road, with a huge playground for kids. Booking this motel was a great decision. Kiama makes a great stop. Highly recommended!!!

Kiama Sores was a perfect base for our coast walk. The room was clean, comfy, bright and fresh, and the location was great. Service was fantastic too. I left a bracelet behind at checkout, and reception contacted me within an hour to arrange its return, before I'd even noticed it was missing. They posted it back to me. Thanks so much to the customer care, cleaning and office staff!

The room was genuinely impressive, better than some five-star places I’ve stayed at around Australia. Isabel at reception also made a huge difference. She sorted out a booking mistake I’d made as soon as I arrived, and her warmth completely turned my day around. You don’t meet people that friendly very often. I loved staying here and will come straight back on my next work trip. Thanks to Isabel and the whole team.

The team were really accommodating when we asked for an earlier check-in so our son could nap, and everyone was friendly. The rooms are modern and spacious, and the location is hard to beat. We’d definitely come back.
