The apartment was clean, and the location and view were the highlights. The decor feels dated, from the late 90s or early 2000s. Ventilation and airflow were poor, and without air conditioning the noisy pedestal fans were hopeless. Ceiling fans would be more efficient and economical, and reverse-cycle air conditioning in the living area would be great. There are stairs only to the top level. Street parking is available but can be hard to find at night, though there is parking down the street at the local park.
