The Pool Resort Kingscliff - 2B Dual Key (7119/20) - Holiday Management Co

The pools are terrific, the beach is close by, and there are plenty of great cafés within walking distance. It’s a fantastic location, and the hotel facilities are excellent. My stay could have been wonderful if not for Room 1201. I stayed at this property, managed by Holiday Management Co., and want future guests to know what that room is like. It’s on the second floor, directly beside the hotel’s general garbage and recycling area. Collection goes on until around midnight, with bottles being emptied and smashed and hydraulic compactors running. The noise is significant and makes it very hard to relax or sleep. In my view, the room isn’t suitable for guests and would be better used for storage. Avoid Room 1201.
