The air conditioning had a setting that heated the room to 30 degrees at 6 am, and I couldn't turn it off. Housekeeping also didn't service the room after the first night, which I hadn't been told would happen. On top of that, I was given a smaller room than advertised. When I raised it with reception, they said nothing could be done and blamed me for booking through a third party.

The ground-floor pet-friendly room was really comfortable, and the location and value were both great. We'd happily stay again next time we're in Canberra, and have already recommended it to others.

Good price, tidy room, and free off-street parking over the weekend. We stayed one night for the drone show, and the location was perfect with a bus nearby. Highly recommend.

The room was lovely, and everything was close enough to reach on foot, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were so helpful and accommodating from the minute we arrived. Highly recommend!!

The room was modern and the price was reasonable, and the location was great. But the service was poor, and they don't provide hand towels. They told us to use the face washer instead. I said I didn't think that was hygienic, but they didn't seem to care.
