The sanctuary tour with Alanna really moved us. She explained why they work to save wallabies and kangaroos, and how their efforts have helped bring a near-extinct species back. You can tell how much they know about the animals. We loved waking up to kangaroos just outside the window, and the buggies made it easy to get around the property, especially when we didn't feel like walking out back. The day beds were clean and really relaxing, too. My partner and I spent two nights at Waterfall Springs retreat last week. The rooms were immaculate, the property was beautiful, and the service was incredible. Steve and Alanna were caring, humble hosts who were there when we needed them but gave us room to unwind. It was a perfect couple of days away.

That glow worm tour was AMAZING, we'd recommend it to anyone thinking of adding an activity. The whole weekend was peaceful and special, and we came away feeling refreshed. We stayed at Waterfall Springs just after local travel restrictions were lifted in June. Steve and Alanna were great hosts, available for questions or anything we needed while still letting us do our own thing. The property feels like a real sanctuary, with wildlife all around. Seeing kangaroos lying in the sun right outside our window when we woke up was something we'll never forget. Thanks for sharing such a special place with us!

The waterfall and tours were breathtaking, and an easy walk to get to. Around the conservation area, the animals have purpose-built enclosures, and you can drive around the whole property. A Golf Cart made it even better, with lights and 4x4 wheels for getting through the rest of the area. We booked the morning of our stay after I emailed Alanna at 2am to ask about rooms. She replied by 7am, and we got the superior suite. The tub, bed and views were AMAZING. We were gobsmacked to find five-star ratings on every site we searched, but once we arrived, it was clear why. This is one of the best places on earth, and it's hard to believe somewhere like this is so close to Sydney. Thanks to the hosts for letting us spend our honeymoon in such an amazing place in NSW. The walk through the bush was a good way to spend some time here. It took about 1.5 hours, with some hilly sections, so it's a great fit if you enjoy bush walks. There are plenty of unique things about the property, including the wildlife, the accommodation's view, and Steve himself. We had a very quiet, relaxing stay, and liked that only 8 people can be there at once. Steve hosted us while his wife was away, and his BBQ cooking was wonderful. Would we go back? Yes, and we'll recommend this lovely little hideaway to our friends.

It was our first weekend away in a glamping tent, and such an amazing experience. The accommodation and extras were spot on, especially the beautiful gas fireplace on colder nights. Alana and Steve were wonderful hosts at a brilliant property. We'll be back.
