The owners were pleasant and friendly, but the poor management and lack of professionalism weren't made up for by that. They seemed used to the unsanitary state of the place. Outside, the hostel looked more like an abandoned building than somewhere to stay. In the dorm, the smell was unbearable and there was no way to open a window. The hygiene was awful, or nonexistent. The kitchen was neglected enough to put me off cooking, and the floor looked like it hadn't ever been cleaned. The shower speaks for itself in the picture. Don't go, even for one night, even if the price looks cheap.

The other guests were really pleasant, and the service was great. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen need attention. Bins were full of rubbish, with used pads sticking out. The bedrooms were spacious, but there were no chairs to sit on and the curtains were coming off their tracks. The bedding didn't feel or smell clean, though I'm not sure it actually wasn't. That's just how it seemed compared with my own fresh bed linen. I didn't take photos, unfortunately. It's close to what looks like a new shopping centre. The road upgrade seems nearly finished, and buses appear to be running frequently.

The room was dirty, the bed dusty, and the overall place felt unsafe and uncomfortable. I became unwell during my stay, which I believe was because of the poor hygiene and lack of cleanliness. Even public toilets are cleaner and better maintained. Basic things like toilet paper weren't provided, which is completely unacceptable. This was one of the worst stays I've had. The place was extremely unhygienic and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. It was a very disappointing experience. I'd strongly advise others to avoid it, and I will never stay here again.

I felt uncomfortable the whole time and worried about my car outside. The hostel had a smell, and it was hard to open the windows. Definitely the most disgusting place I've stayed, and I've been to a lot of hostels and camp stays. The shower floors clearly hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I used to run a hostel, so I know how traffic can affect daily use.

The staff were super nice, and the people there made the stay enjoyable. I still felt safe, even though it was very dirty everywhere. The place needs a complete overhaul.
