The service really stood out. Our TV quit the morning after we checked in, but after one quick call someone picked it up within 10 minutes and brought a new one a couple of hours later. The apartment was excellent too, with a very comfortable bed, a handy coffee machine and surf right behind us. We spent the weekend in a one-bedroom apartment. The weather was wet and windy, but the location couldn't have been better. We'd recommend these apartments.

The apartment felt clean and homely, and we had a lovely time exploring the area. The beach was amazing, the local shops were easy to wander around, and there's a great skate park nearby for kids. We also enjoyed the coastal drive to Ballina, with plenty of places to stop along the way. My only gripe was the lounge chairs, which were really uncomfortable for a family-oriented place. We'd love to return to Lennox Head and stay here again.

The staff were extremely rude when we called about the problems. They said they were busy at a 50th Birthday party and couldn't help us. I wouldn't call this a 3 star hotel, and would give it 0 stars if I could. There were problems all over the apartment: about 20% of the lights didn't work in the bedroom and bathroom, some power outlets were broken, and the bathroom fan didn't work or wasn't there. The blinds were broken, with mold on some, and most of the bedroom shutters were broken too. The paint was bubbling and peeling. There was no hairdryer, even though one was advertised, and no wifi password despite the welcome letter saying it was on the fridge.

The view is fantastic, but the stay was a letdown. There's construction across the street, so it was noisy all day, and without AC the bedroom got so hot that my mom couldn't sleep. The couch was tiny, the TV didn't work, there was NO Wi-Fi, and the water pressure was terrible. We also had to pay a massive cleaning fee and were still expected to practically clean the place ourselves. What a rip off. We'd booked this for my mom because she really needed a break. Even after she got Covid, they wouldn't let her cancel, so she pushed herself to make the trip.

Helen and Wayne, the new Managers, handled a few small apartment issues straight away and did everything they could to make our stay peaceful and relaxing. Thank you both! We've been coming here since the early 1980's, and have just had another wonderful holiday. It's one of the best places to stay in Northern NSW. The beachfront views are spectacular, there's a heated pool, and cafes, IGA, spas, a newsagent and bakery are all close by. We'll definitely be back. 😃
