I honestly would have rated this below one star if I could. The whole place is run down and disgustingly dirty, and management were horribly unhelpful and abusive when I asked about it. I was also racially abused by management, and I've heard this has happened to other guests before. Never again. I hope they take a hard look at themselves, reflect on how fortunate we are to live in such a beautiful place, and think about treating people accordingly.

The reviews I've been seeing surprised me. I stay at this resort whenever work brings me to The Entrance, and management are always very helpful with my needs and keep to themselves. The accommodation is dated, but it's always liveable and not overpriced. I enjoy staying there.

The people here are racist! I was called a black slu#t for using the aircon, and they wanted extra money to run it even though I was already paying $350 pw. They also charge $40 +for a receipt that you're entitled to. Complete frauds! Not a place for children. He buys stolen tvs too. Disgusting is all I can say!!

Three stars, no complaints. The location is clean, harmonious, and central, and some colourful types stay here. Great entertainment at 7/11, a must do!

The pool area has been closed for a long time, though guests still have to pay full price, and there's no wifi. The beds are very old and uncomfortable, and the rooms smell bad and are dirty. I had to clean my room before it felt even half decent. The mother and son who own the place are very rude to customers and complain about lights being on at night. You have to ask permission to have a visitor. The old bi### drinks heavily and picks on the women customers. It feels like you have to walk on eggshells.
