The hosts were the most hospitable people I've come across. Nothing was a problem, and they even arranged early check-in for a modest fee, which was wonderful flexibility after a long trip. The two-bedroom apartment has everything needed for a short or extended stay. It's up the stairs, on the Mandurah marina, with the Sebel hotel across the road, the entertainment district around the corner, shops along the foreshore and the marina across the bridge. There's even a cafe next door. It really doesn't get much better.

We loved our stay and will be back. The apartment was nicely presented and had lots of extra amenities that made it comfortable. Robyn, thank you for your hospitality. The location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants and bars.

We'd happily stay again and would recommend it. The location is amazing, just a short walk from beaches, cafes and restaurants. Robyn was very accommodating, and the welcome treats were a lovely surprise. The studio was clean and tidy when we arrived, still feels quite new, and has a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering, plus a modern bathroom and laundry.

Studio 11 is a thoughtful, cheerful and bright place to stay, and we completely relaxed during our chillax break. It's generally quiet, though you might occasionally hear people leaving a function in the nearby car park. There's one flight of stairs, so keep that in mind. The self-contained unit has everything you need. No overseas trip required: take the train, then the shuttle bus, which drops you within a couple of blocks. I'll be back!

We had a perfect night's sleep every night of our four-night stay, thanks in part to a million-dollar mattress. Robyn runs a first-class operation. The place is spotless and cosy, and looks new. We look forward to visiting again and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.
