The staff were friendly, professional and genuinely welcoming, and the pool and gym were well kept and inviting. Our room was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and everything we needed. Waking up to the water views was a highlight. The Sebel Mandurah is right on the waterfront, with restaurants, shops and the foreshore close at hand. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. It's a great mix of comfort, luxury and convenience, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mandurah.

I've stayed here a few times over the years and it's been a great break each time. This was a three-day stay, and as always we enjoyed it. The staff are friendly and happy, with smiles that make a difference for us older guests. Breakfast was tip top and the coffee excellent. The room was super clean, tidy and well maintained. There are plenty of lunch and dinner spots a short walk away, down the elevator to the boardwalk, and the balcony is great for relaxing and watching the world go by. Thanks to the staff. We'll be back.

Conveniently located near the main attractions and transport, with spacious, comfortable rooms that give you plenty of room to relax. The hotel's overall service is excellent. The bathroom, though, is a serious letdown: the grout between the tiles is stained and moldy, which suggests it hasn't been cleaned properly. This needs urgent attention. Poor bathroom cleanliness quickly damages the guest experience and gives a bad impression of how the hotel is maintained.

The hotel is in a picturesque spot, and we could stroll along the boardwalk to find a restaurant each evening. Our apartment felt like a home away from home, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. It was clean, inviting and beautifully presented, with every detail seeming well considered. The bed was especially comfortable, and we slept very well after exploring Mandurah. The team made a great first impression at reception. Everyone was warm, friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend The Sebel Mandurah to friends and family. Thank you to the whole team for the service and accommodation.
