Anne was a delight and made sure our requests were taken care of. It’s convenient that she lives on-site. The chalets are about a mile from Margaret River main street, with parking right outside, and the area is quiet. We found the bed clean and comfy, with plenty of pillows and blankets to keep us warm. There were some spider webs and spiders that we cleaned up. The sofa-bed was fine for a couple of nights, though not especially comfortable.

Not worth it. The basic amenities weren’t working, and the beds were so bad they spoiled the whole vacation. They could at least have cleared the spider webs everywhere.

We had everything we needed in the spacious family chalet, and the facilities were great. The place was beautifully clean, and the service stayed excellent throughout our visit. We’ll definitely stay there again next time.

Average... The receptionist had clearly been drinking.
