The only drawback was the room internet. It stopped working after midnight, so I had to go down to the hotel lobby/reception to use it. Otherwise, the rooms were comfortable and air-conditioned, the staff were friendly and pleasant, and the hotel was spacious and not far from the ocean.

The facilities met my expectations, and the location was convenient. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. I had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back.

The kids loved the pools, and we had a lovely time. We spent two nights in a well-laid-out two-bedroom apartment with great views and a wonderful location. The kids had their own little corner, with a bedroom and bathroom. We’d definitely stay longer next time. A couple of things let us down. The lift’s level 6 down button was a bit iffy at times, so we’d walk to level 5 and take the lift from there. Our dryer didn’t work either. For our two-night stay, we just left the washing until we got home, but we’d need a working dryer if staying longer. We can’t wait to come back.

We loved the pool, and the kids especially enjoyed it. We also met lots of lovely owners. Beds were comfy, there was plenty of room and storage, and our room was nicely furnished, with great air conditioning and fans too. They looked after us very well for our first five-day stay at The Sebel, including special little treats for all of us. It was a family Xmas, and keeping the grandkids happy matters. We enjoyed The Plaza, The RSL for dinner, The Kebab shop and Pizza directly underneath. The wait for Pizza was quite lengthy, but it was yummy. We also visited Australia Zoo and Aussie World, a terrific theme park for younger children. Thanks again, F & B 😊
