The place was clean and tidy, with pleasant, helpful staff and on-site parking. It's close to the airport, and the 24/7 shuttle is a real help if you arrive at 1am. There's also a bistro next door for dinner. Good value for money.

The airport shuttle was good, but the rooms were very ordinary. I wasn't happy with the reception staff, and things around the property need fixing.

In the evening, someone tried to get into my room. It sounded like children, first around midnight and then again later. The heavy duty lock was reassuring. The man at the front desk was very abrupt, close to rude.

Our flights were cancelled and the hotel was provided as compensation, but they charged us a $400 deposit, $200 per person, when we arrived. They also wanted me to write my card details down by hand, which I believe is illegal. We left. Do not stay here. I will take legal action over this.

The reception staff were helpful and friendly, and the location is ideal for the airport, with free pickup and drop-off. The Airport Tavern next door serves good food at very reasonable prices. The hotel is getting a bit dated, and the rooms were dark and musty smelling, though the bathroom was spotlessly clean. I planned to swim, but the pool looked quite dirty, with leaves and dirt as well as what seemed like an oily film, perhaps suncream. I never saw it being cleaned. It also felt expensive for what you get.
